Trying to renew in Orders and Payments, but no option to renew.
I am a VM customer and I am trying t renew my subscription. I have opened Orders and Payments, but there is no option to renew. I tried to do this yesterday, the last day of the current subscription, but my connection wnet down.
All there is on the page is:
F-Secure SAFE | Expired 31/12/2016 | 5 devices | Manual renewal |
But it doesn't show anywhere I can renew.
Can anybody help?

This is probably no help, but did you go to your SAFE Portal via your VM Portal? I think that's what VM customers had to do originally to get F-Secure, but I've no idea if you still need to do that.
Otherwise, I think only someone from F-Secure will be able to help, and that will probably be after the New Year holiday period. You could create a Support Ticket and hopefully they will get back to you fairly soon.
