subscription code does not work

I bought a license for 3 devices today, work on my iphone but not on my iMac.
It just says that the code does not work and I can not find anywhere how to fix it? Have had an old version of Freedome and I have removed the old and installing the new one twice.

  • I had a similar problem, after 4 call w the support center i asked for a refund.  F-Secure has issues with multi platform licensing that looks like it started in 2013 and still is not resolved.

     

    Cut your losses and ask for a refund.
