VPN connection fails repeatedly (iOS) [Solved]

Hi,

 

I repeatedly get this error when using Freedome for iOS. What's going on? I've reinstalled the app and restarted the phone. I have also removed VPN configurations from the Settings page and re-added them but it did not resolve the issue. I've tried multiple locations, e.g. Stockholm, London and Montreal.

 

 

EDIT - Solved

After some research, it turned my modem was causing the issue, as described on this page:
