Reset the password of parental control

I 've lost the password of parental control. How do I reset the password of parental control on android device? That function does not work. Who can help me with a solution.

Reset you can apply to "Parental Control" link I get through the mail with an activation button 
and a reference to anti- thief . Which is now called " finder" ? 
The new version is not "anti-thief" institution more. 
Previously, you could change other settings here. Or am I doing something wrong .....

I've just tried it on my android phone and then it deactivates after activating OK button 
after a few seconds or the " parental control " .

But on my android tablet does not work.
