When I try to start a (new) log for the Tracker Mapper, it just doesn't work. I can click on every button to start a new log, it just doesn't start or respond.

Please open a support ticket with the Freedome logs regarding your issue. We need to check on your logs to know whats causing this.
In the meantime, please try to use a different virtual location and see if it helps.
I had to remove and reinstall the app for another issue (validating Subscrition code) and I could validate my subscrition code, but also the tracker maper is working.

I have the same problem with Mac OS. Tracker mapper doesnt work. When clicking "start a new..." nothing happens.
Thank you, the reinstall fixed the tracker mapping for me also. Much appreciate you posting this. I am running Sierra 10.12.4
