bought a 5 pc freedome license, only 3 licences can be installed

One year ago, I bought a 5 license/one year package from amazon. Software has been successfully been installed on 2 windows-pc and 1 android device. After one year I tried to prolong the license of one pc with this license key, but the software claimed that all licenses were used. It might be, that I had to reinstall freedome on one of my pcs due to bad interactions with cisco vpn client. Another pc was upgraded from  windows 8.1 to 10. 

What can I do to get the two missing licenses? Can I use two licenses for one pc to protect the pc for two years?

If you have purchased a 5 device license for a year, you can use the code on 5 different devices for 1 year. You cannot use the same code on the same device after the 1 year period has finished. It is not possible to use the same code twice on one device to get the license period extended to 2 years.
