in Privacy VPN

this product does not seem to work. i cannot watch british catch up tv or get on the national lottery website. it also slows my internet speed from 300mbs to 15mbs. i would therefor be grateful if you could let me know how to get my money back

    I have hade Freedom for less than one week when I found out it didn't work with Bittorrent I had no use for it . My account shows I am on the trial period but I paid for it and got a registered ID # xxxx-xxxx-xx** I can give you the entire number if you wish I would just like a refund please
