Antivirus 2012 upgrade

I have just updated to antivirus 2012 from 2011 why is the new symbol stuck on upgrading? - lots of features aren't working!

    maybe the system needs one or more reboots and some time. Also there was just a service release which might have interfered with your setup...

    Hi. Try to leave your computer turn off for 2H or so. By the way, what such features are not working?

    If the same problem persists after rebooting,then uninstall it and try to install it again and after install make sure to update it online.

    Hi,

     

    one question,

     

    can you open the User interphase from the launch pad?

     

    If no uninstall reboot and make a new installation.

     

    One note the Anti Virus is working just UI is broken when you have this state.
