f secure found 2 malware it cannot handle - what to do now?

Result: 2 malware found Trojan.JS.Agent.KVR (virus) Trojan:JS/Kavala.D (virus)

 

any ideas what i do now?  thanks

There are some types of malware F-Secure cannot remove, such as zipped files.  Try this:

Have you attempted to delete trojan while the fs cannot clear risk up?

Thanks  for the replies 

 

I couldnt access f secure help online or by telephone

 

i tracked the files shown on the scan report and deleted them - i scanned again and report came back clan so hopefully sorted
