windows 10 has crashed and deleted my f secure account

I can't see how Windows 10 crashing can have deleted your account. Which version of F-Secure were you using?

Hi Mushpick,

 

I have checked on your account for F-Secure Safe, it is still valid and active. You will need to login to your SAFE Portal and reinstall it from there. Please follow this steps to reinstall your Safe on your Windows 10 and please revert back if you encounter any issue.
