Can you tell me how to remove BCool from my computer (Windows 10) It is not listed in the APPS to remove manually. I have tried to find it as an extension in Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge and it is not in there either.

Suggestions would be gratefully received.

Have you looked in Control Panel > Programs to see if it can be uninstalled from there? If not, then try one or both of the following:

Thank you for your reply. It is definitely nowhere in the programmes/apps as I am familiar with how to uninstall items manually using these pages. I will have a go with the other items you have recommended. Thank you once again for taking the time to reply.

The Bcool pop-up problem can be fixed easily by uninstalling the unwanted toolbar and extension from your computer and web browser as advised by @Simon. However since the issue persist, you can always contact our support team in order for us to help you further.
