Hi, have you checked in your SAFE Portal to make sure your subscription is still active? Although, if it wasn't, I think the app would tell you that.
At this time, all I can suggest is that you have a look at: https://www.f-secure.com/en_GB/web/home_gb/support-tools, and try running both the FSAUA-reset, and the fsdbupdate for Windows tools, and see if that triggers the updates.
Other things to possibly check:
- Could FS updates be being blocked by a third party firewall?
- Have you run the Virgin Media Removal Tool to ensure that all traces of the Virgin Media suite have been removed?
That's all I can think of at the moment, but maybe somebody else will have some further advice or suggestions.
