Uninstall F-Secure safe on Amazon Fire

Dear all,

 

I have this issue : I can't uninstall F-secure safe on my Amazon Fire under Android  because :

1- I forgot the security code to do it (... no comment !)

2- When I click on 'forgot my password' link, I've got an 'error connexion' (as a F-secure safe blocks all wifi connection)

3- when I try to change anything in the Settings > Location and security (to uncheck the application under Select device administrators.)

 

What can I do to remove this app  ?

Welcome to our Community! Sorry to know about your issue and hope we can help you out here :

1. If you forgot the code, you can always login to your SAFE account and click on Finder for security code reset. You can click here to view more details about security code reset.

2. F-Secure safe do not block any Wireless connection and did you turn on the parental control on your device before? If yes, then it might because of that and you need security code to turn off that, refer Step 1 to reset it first then.

 

3. Could you let us know if there is any error message appears when you select the Device Administrator?
