After accepting a Freedome upgrade, I get an error dialog window: "Something went wrong, we are sorry".

I tried to unsinstall/reinstall, still the same problem.

I have still 330days left with my licence.

I'm under Win10

I have the same problem on Win10.  I tried following the instruction in the article linked above and it did not help.  I'm logged in as administrator and ran cmd.exe as admin.  Still get "Error. Something went wrong, we are sorry" error message.  I do not see FreedomeVPNConnection TAP driver in Network Connections.  I do see TAP-Windows Adapter V9 and Viscosity Virtual Adapter V9.1, but no  FreedomeVPNConnection.

I also tried to manually install the driver through Add Legacy hardware from Device Manager -

    C:\Program Files (x86)\F-Secure\Freedome\Freedome\1\driver-x64\fsfreedometap.sys

But it is not possible to add the driver that way.

    Any suggestions?
