Freedome subsciption code not working after reinstallment

My reference code is: xxxxx

After updating the newest version of freedome, the software stopped working, always informing of a fatal error. After deinstalling and reinstalling freedome on the computor, the subscription code is no longer valid, even though it should be until next june.

    Could you please send me a private message of your code and a screenshot of the error message you see when you try to validate the code?

     

    Do you still see the previous error message Fatal error on Freedome?

    Reinstalled my mac-computer and Freedome says that all codes are used. Bought 3 licenses and used on 1 iPad and 2 macs.

    Could you also send me a screenshot of the error message seen during the validation of the code?

    Please follow the steps below for sending me a private message:

    1. Click on my Nickname displayed in my recent reply.

    2. Under Contact Me (in the right side), click on 'Send this user a private message'.

    3. Fill in the details and click on Send Message.

    I already sent the information, and have not received any reply. This problem continues from saturday last week...I would appreciate some assistance asap.

    Now i managed to uninstall and reinstall the program successfully, and it is now running the free trial, for 7 days, but i still need a new code!
