Unable to connect

I use Freedome on my Windows 7 laptop in the USA. It's been just fine since I got it and love the service. However today I've gotten this message:
I have confirmed IPv6 is enabled. Here's how the NIC is configured:
I've also tried connecting to different servers in the US, Canada and 1 in Europe. I consistenly get the error message.
My license is active on the client.
Is there anything I can check?

Hi durendel,
You may check the link here for the IPv6 error message in Freedome, please try the steps mentioned in the link. However, there is another article regarding the same error happening in Win 10 upgrades in here. Please try to check both of the links for the steps and let us know if it helped!
