Is CHAT support down?

CHAT support times-out / disconnects before a technician responds. I have tried in Windows 7, Windows 10, OS X and iPad, using IE 11, Edge, Chromodo, and Safari. I have the trial subscription. Am I limited as to the number of support requests until I have a regular license?

I think it's only available during business hours. So, not at weekends. Is there anything we can help with?

As I recall, I was trying to CHAT on Friday morning. But I will try again on Monday.

You may find the timings for the chat support in this page.

As seen in the page, the support timing for chat for Global English is: Mon-Fri 6-16 (GMT).
