Re-installed Windows 10 - subscription wont work

 I upgraded to Windows 10 via the free update but had some issues so I decide to make a fresh install, and when I tried to add my key to F-Secure Freedome it says I already used it on all my devices. Was it something I missed to move the license from my old installation?

May I know if this is a single license key or a multi license key? If multi license, how many licenses are used in the key?

It is a multi license with 3 keys total. I am using 2 of them.

May I know if this Freedome code was generated from Safe portal? Could you please post the screenshot of the error message as well?

 

Are your other licenses being used in any other devices?

Yes it was generated from "My SAFE"

 

It is in swedish but it says the allowed number of installs has been reached.

 

Yes I use the license on two other PCs.
