I cannot open the tools tab to do any of this.
I can't open a new subscription either because it says my subscription is active and expires in November 2015, which should be correct - but MYSAFE tells me i has expired and I am not protected, and can;t access any account content
I am really annoyed with it now,
I followed a suggestion from an email from

F-Secure Corporationand have now completly uninstalled FSECURE, but cannot follow any further instructions because the "install" link is not showing on my account
I want to make an official complaint because I have paid for a service I am not getting and my PC i now at risk.
