Maximum number of activations reached! 0 devices in use.

Cannot use Freedome anymore after factory reset of my device. Freedome is bitching I have too many activations. In reality 0 devices have Freedome installed with my product code at the moment.

    Currently every installation counts as a device. Our team is working on a better solution for reinstallation scenarios.

    Just noticed an issue with this, have 1 device in use, cant add another one. 

     

    Could i also get some help with this.

    May I know if this is a single license code or a multi license code? How did you purchase this code for the Freedome product?

     

    Could you please provide us a screenshot of the error message in order to check further?
