FS Protection Windows client - security failure

Hello,

 

I have update problems. I was noticed that before (SAFE_BUG-00448, SAFE_BUG-00498,..), but now i haven't fedback on beta account.

At this moment fs reported security failure, computer is not protected - see below.

I have 3 fsdiag files (the last from 04.06.2015). Where could I send them?

I hope to fast answer.

I will try to re-install fs.

beta.f-secure.com/home.html -> FS Protection -> and i see only form " FS Protection FS Protection survey - Antitheft feature "

Thanks for the tip! I don't use the mobile product so hadn't filled out the form.
