Can't enter Parent password on Child Safe for iPad



I just installed Child safe on the Ipad. Installation works fine, however when it comes to entering the master password the box pops up to add the password, but I can't,  the keyboard does not appear so I can actually enter the password.


The Ipad is on IOS 7.0.3 and the F-Secure app was downloaded on 22/10/2013 from the Apple App store.


I have power cycled the Ipad, and re-installed the software.


Any ideas? At the moment my son can bypass any security I put in place....

    Sorry for the delay, have spent a few days away.


    Attached should be the screenshot I get, as you can see I get the dialog box appear with the option to set the password, but the password entry box does not appear.


    However looking through the product blurb, I think I may be better off buying the Mobile Security software instead.

    What happens if you click OK without trying to enter a password? I'm just wondering if that might trigger an entry box. Sorry if that's stating the obvious, and you've already tried it.

    SImon, all ideas welcome, obvious or not.


    When I click on OK, the Password enabled tick you can see goes out, when I click on cancel the same thing happens. It's as though the software is not letting me enable a password.


    I have also tried deleting the software, power cycle the ipad and then re-downloading it again, same problem.


    I can't believe I am the only one to have seen this..
