Local media player blocked

I use computer security 12.62 on pc. I have a mediastreamer in my local network which i connect normally with winamp. But it doesn't work anymore because of f-secure, it started when i got the new version without the firewall.

 

If i disable all features of fsecure and firewall it still doesnt work. Only when i uninstall the whole fsecure software is works fine again.

Also if i try to connect with vlc or the build in mediaplayer of chrome it also doesnt work anymore until i remove the fsecure software.

The part in fsecure where you can see blocked apps is empty.

 

I hope someone has an idea to fix or troubleshoot this.

Hi Ronald,

What is your F-Secure program name & version? (F-Secure Internet Security 2013/Operator version)

Try to turn off the program and see does it helps?
- Computer Security > Tools > Turn off.

My version is Computer Security 12.62 build 109 and it runs on win7 x64 prof.

Computer Security is just one of the components in our program. What is the program name? F-Secure Internet Security 2012/2013, F-Secure Anti-virus 2012/2013 or Operator version?

Where/how you bought this F-Secure program? You subscribed the yearly license from F-Secure eStore or pay monthly to your service provider?

a) If you are paying monthly to your service provider, contact the customer support of the partner or reseller for assistance.

b) If you are subcribed to F-Secure Retails version, contact the Technical Support.
