Failed to connect to 192.168.0.1 error
I'm trying to download F-secure. It gets to the license agreement screen and stops. It looks like it is trying to load the agreement and eventually times out and gives the message failed to connect to 192.168.0.1? This is not my modems IP address. The computer is running windows XP with sp3. Frontier tech support tried to help by remote login but didn't have any luck. They said F-secure was going to have to help me. Has anyone had this problem that could help?

Hi jsmith9732,
Please check in your proxy settings and host file, the IP: 192.168.0.1 seems to be injected by malicious program.
If the operator tech support not able to solve the issue, they should escalate the case to our technical support through channels provided.
Thanks.
Best Regards,
Jayson
