Combining subscriptions to get more devices

I've understood that if there are no prior valid subscriptions, when activating subscription, you could be able to buy more licenses to increase the amount of devices but it needs to be done fast in order to get the same license duration. Can I do the same if I e.g. purchase F-secure internet security for 3 devices for 1 year and 1 device license for 1 year and activate them on the same day to get 1 year license for 4 devices?

    and I mean purchasing the licenses outside of f-secure online store and activating through 'enter subscription code'

    I wouldn't think so in this sense, it sounds like you have 2 separate subscription keys, (activation codes) due to 2 separate purchases. If they were both bought from the F-Secure website, support may be able to merge those together, but considering one or both purchases were done on 2 different sites/stores, may not be possible.

    If you wanted to wait for a reply from a F-Secure mod or employee who may have more insight on what's possible, that's up to you, otherwise, you can contact off forum Support from here, and see what they have to say.

    I don't have yet the licenses, I'm just planning on my next purchase when current subscription ends to understand if it is possible to combine the licenses like I described. It is also possible to have the need for this sort of thing if there are surprises after purchasing first license e.g. birthday gift but the license count did not quite match the need. Purchase of additional licenses could be done from same store before activation.
