Reputation Bug in Safari after sleep mode?

There is still a problem with the reputation in Safari if the computer was in sleep mode for several days.

    Hello!

    Thanks for the report. I'll create an internal ticket to track the issue. We observed similar behavior previously.

    There is one workaround that you can use temporarily while we are implementing the fix. You can click on the product icon in the menubar area and click on "Check for updates" in the dropdown menu. That should force a refresh and the issue should be resolved after that.

    Hi,

    if this issue is still happening for you, can you please:

    1. enable debug logging: https://help.f-secure.com/product.html?home/total-mac/latest/en/task_364793A834BD4955AD95837F0E3C3709-latest-en
    2. run Support Tool soon after the issue happens again (debug logs will remain active for 14 days)

    then send the resulting fsdiag file to me in a direct message (not in this thread), and we can take a look.
