manueller vollscan stoppt bei 99%

seit mehreren F-Secure Versionen habe ich das Problem, dass ein manueller Vollscan bei 99%

stoppt und auch nach längerer Wartezeit nicht beendet wird. (Version 26.3 unter W11 home 25H2)

Das Problem trat auch schon bei anderen Usern in Version 25.x auf.

Gibt es einen Lösungsansatz?

As a reference: other topics on the subject of 'scan stuck at 99%' (with some discussion and suggestions):

• Full scan stuck at 99% v25.2 (6.0.1641.0)
• Full scan keeps getting stuck at 99%
• Fsecure Total scan gets stuck at F:\System Volume Information\WPSettings.dat

So, to clarify some things:

• are you also experiencing trouble only with Full Scan (stuck at 99%)? Do other scan types, such as Virus Scan and custom manual scans (of specific files or folders), work properly and reach 100%?
• how long exactly did you wait? minutes, hours, a day?

It is tricky to say about the reasons. Their support team will likely recommend reinstalling the software (How to reinstall F-Secure TOTAL on Windows) and/or providing technical logs for further investigation (Using the support tool).

You could probably try to see if there is any load in Task Manager during the 99% stuck, and also look in Windows Event Viewer for any software/system failures at that moment.

It would also be interesting to know what happens if you stop the scan at this stage? Will it complete/canceled or will it continue to be stuck at 99%? You could also try pausing.
