Full scan stuck at 99% v25.2 (6.0.1641.0)

Hello,
I'm having an issue with the Full scan pausing at 11% then getting stuck at 99%.
I previously contacted support who asked me to uninstall and reinstall F-Secure Total (and if needed use the uninstall tool). It had worked on one PC, but now that I've installed Internet Security (I have two licenses) on another Windows 11 PC (both are 24H2) it won't get past the 99% mark. I've tried it a couple of times, even doing a restart, but it's still an issue. If I add a file it gets stuck on (5-6 minutes waiting) into Exclusions just to see if it can get past it and run another Full scan, it gets stuck on a different file at the end. There are no issues with the Quick scan.
I see where the 25.3 beta mentions the 11% issue will include a fix, so I'm wondering if it will fix this as well?
