My subscription just ended and it was time to renew it. I thought it was a simple task to just alter my payment a bit. I've been a customer for many years and now I didn't want to renew my subscription yearly with 100$. I just wanted to pay monthly instead, with a auto-renew payment monthly with 10$. How difficult can it get? I didn't find the option and decided to contact support. The answer was quick "We do not have that option". Dear F-Secure, I can imagine that you will have more customers if you can offer more alternatives to handle payments. To be able to pay monthly will benefit for my economic situation and my planning. I would appreciate if you could offer this option. I am now planning to leave F-Secure in near future.

In fact, the entire F-Secure online store implementation (purchases directly from F-Secure) should be brought up to 2020s standards, even though it has been somewhat stable and old-fashioned for years.
