Can't Update Device Protection?

Hi!
Recently, F-Secure keeps telling me to reboot my computer. Looking for the problem, I found that while the program itself updated just fine, Device Protection keeps failing to update. I've even tried disabling IPv6 with no luck. Please help me!

Hello,
Since this trouble is something common now and is probably related to something specific either on the user side or on the F-Secure side, can you confirm some things?
For example, mentioned 'disabling IPv6' is likely related to this discussion / type of trouble. As a workaround and troubleshooting to see if this is a partial cause (which it seems to be for some users).
Another thing is a 'random' incompatibility with already or freshly installed applications. Such as Acronis True Image (where is cyber security features implemented now), any other third-party AV or cyber security tool, another (old) F-Secure software like F-Secure Freedome or F-Secure IDP. Can you think of any such applications installed on your system?
Most likely, the reboot request and the failed update status are related to the fact that the main service (pinned to Device Protection; for example, Endpoint Protection Service) was not started and / or for some reason cannot be started. There was also a feedback about Brave Browser with unclear impact on related(?) trouble.
Which could mean some kind of interference either at the network level (connections to some node are blocked), or some other "solution" is taking the place of F-Secure and, accordingly, F-Secure is giving an error about the problem.
If I encountered such a problem, I would most likely try to see if the service (Endpoint Protection Service) was running, and if not, I would try to start it manually. And then to see what will be as a result.
I checked services by opening "Run" ('Windows-logo'+R on keyboard) and typing "services.msc".
// and, maybe, one more thing.
What is your current F-Secure version? Is it 25.5? Or 25.6, for example?
It seems that a clean install helped some users. Which may mean that there is a trouble with upgrade from 25.5 to 25.6 with some configurations or backgrounds.
Thanks!
