Improve Password Vault's discoverability on Android

What:
After Password Vault was integrated into the main F-Secure app, its usability went down because you can't access it quickly enough anymore. You always have to first scroll down past the "Your device is protected" element and the way-too-space-hungry statistic graphics element ("Your digital world is secured!") to see the "My protection" section and only after then you can tap the "Password Vault"-button.
It's very cumbersome to use at best.
Why:
You very often don't get to use the auto-fill feature in a browser to skip the UX of getting into Password Vault. For example if you have saved some PIN number for a physical thing and want to quickly check that out, you'll have to go through all the scrolling just to get to the "Password Vault"-button.
Suggestion:
Redesign the UX of the front page e.g. so the user's most used features could be arranged on top of the view or at least have some kind of shortcuts without having to scroll at all.
"Quick Actions" is something I thought would fix this issue. But to add insult to injury it just adds a new huge element on top of the "My protection" section making the user scroll even more.
