VPN do not connect

My computer Windows 10 VPN do not connect to anywhere, but my Android mobile VPN is working OK?

    Ok,F-Secure Total should be the latest(19.8),all Windows 10 latest updates installed

    I suggest reinstalling F-Secure Total to device.Use uninstall tool for windows.After uninstalling,reboot and verify that your net connections work ok and then install F-Secure total using my.f-secure.com portal.(release old device licence etc..)
