Why does VPN not work?

in Privacy VPN

i tried it both on my laptop and mobile but it just blocks my wifi connection. i cant get it to work and i have tride with both wifi and data roaming. Afther i switch the VPN button on it just loads forever, block my wifi connection and does not work. is there any solution to this? something else i have to activate? some settings i can do??

    Looks like you are trying to load VPN Freedome(continous connecting) on your devices.It is not supported any more.You should remove old versions of F-Secure products from your devices(Win,Mac,Android,iOS) and reinstall them..using my.f-secure.com. After 13.1.2025 F-Secure VPN has been very stable on Win/Mac/Android,some exceptions has been reported on iOS,still under investigation(before iOS ver 18.3).After removing F-Secure Products,verify first that your Internet(Wifi etc…) is working smootly
