    Hello,

    Thanks for your response.

i am being restricted to moving around my different sites

so, although this should not happen (because during active protection of a banking session - if it was started for a reason and not by mistake - access will be restricted only to some websites, which however can be "allowed" locally), there may be some workarounds:

    • you can allow website locally via website exceptions: Online Help Guide or directly from the blocking page by clicking "allow this website" ('let me in' or whatever wording may be at the bottom of the blockpage).
    • to disable Banking Protection if you do not need it: Online Help Guide

Your problem description sounds a bit like banking protection is activated without your knowledge (randomly) and without visiting or using any banking or online payment website. Is that true? Can you tell what browser you are using?

To understand what exactly is the problem - "Banking protection" appears without reason and prevents you from using the Internet. Or when you use the bank, make online payments or something like that, then Banking protection changes normal use and doing things (blocks necessary pages, websites)? Knowing this, it would be possible to try to understand how to make the situation better.

Also, 'cleverbridge' is being associated with F-Secure!!

I think "Cleverbridge AG" is their official partner. Like 'online reseller' / 'eCommerce platform provider'.. In this context - "'cleverbridge' is being associated with F-Secure",

So if you see them when you buy a subscription or renew - it's normal. Or is there some other problem with this?

    Thanks!
