Q: What are the criteria that must be met in order to renew orders (when the old ones expire) in the my.f-secure service as self-service in order to:

• the number of devices can be reduced (number of licenses)
• For the follow-up order, you can freely choose the licensed products and quantities (e.g. 3 F-Secure products: 1 Total,1 Internet Security, 1 id-protection)
• the price of the total purchase will be automatically calculated

To renew your subscription within the My F-secure service and adjust your device or license requirements, the following conditions must be met:

1. Flexible Subscription Management: You can renew the subscription both before and after the expiry date. During renewal, you have the freedom to adjust the number of device licenses, allowing for an increase or decrease as needed. This feature is conveniently located at the top of the website, next to "Number of devices."
2. Product Selection Options: You are able to select and combine different F-Secure products according to your requirements. For example, you could opt for a customized combination of licenses, such as F-Secure Total or Internet Security, VPN, and ID Protection. However, please note that the license quantity must be consistent across all chosen products. For example, while you may choose a combination of these services, it is not possible to purchase two licenses for Internet Security and only one for VPN; the same number of licenses must be applied to each product.

Automatic Price Calculation: Once you've selected your products and specified the number of licenses, the service will automatically calculate the total purchase price, which is displayed on the right side of the website. This feature ensures pricing transparency, allowing you to review the final cost before confirming your renewal order

Increasing the number of licenses during an active subscription is possible only if the subscription was purchased directly through the F-Secure online store. Unfortunately, since your subscription was activated using a code, this functionality is not available. On the other hand, decreasing the number of licenses during an active subscription is not supported under any circumstances. If you wish to reduce the number of licenses, the best approach is to contact F-Secure Support for assistance.

For accounts that were activated with a code, to increase or decrease the license number, you must enter a new code with a higher or lower license number. Alternatively, you can buy a renewal with the desired number of licenses directly from the F-Secure online store.

When it comes to renewing your subscription, you can adjust the number of licenses during the renewal process, provided that the purchase is made directly through the F-Secure store. Since your renewal is set to manual and involves a subscription code, adjustments can only be made during the next renewal cycle by purchasing the desired number of licenses directly through the store.

well,nice descriptions but i still cannot see the option to adjust my licenses as needed: decrease on increase,only increase.Can you give a screenshot of those possibilities at my.f-secure.com service .According you licenses can be decreased any time before expiring ?? Somewhat confusing and far from flexibilty…or is there something i'm missing,,,My renewal is marked manual..
