F-Secure window keeps popping up continuously in Mac Sonoma 14.6.1. Why?

I uninstalled and reinstalled F-Secure but it actually made it worse (repop every 10 seconds or so). It's uninstalled now. I have no VPN protection.

It looks like this has been reported a couple of times in this thread, they know about it and are currently working on the patch, with it possibly being released in 2-3 days.
