Why is F Secure VPN failing to connect?

Have the same problem as this post:

Not happy with new product, looks rushed. The old application was fault free, now I can't use a VPN I've paid for. The GUI is a big step backwards. I could go on..and on.

Using the latest F secure VPN version for IOS 16.7.8 (I've uninstalled the VPN, it keeps trying to turn on and fails)

Could you please let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue? If the problem persists, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with more details. Specifically, does the issue occur when you are connected to WiFi, mobile data, or both? Additionally, could you share the settings you are using in the F-Secure app?

Please also ensure that both the F-Secure app and your iOS are updated to the latest versions.
