Why do I need to authorize again and again...password manager in Firefox?
Every time when Firefox updates it or the F-Secure Total updates it, I have to re-authorize the password manager plugin in Firefox?
This is not right, how can this be fixed permanently?

Thank you very much for your messages.
First of all, I would like to ask you to install the latest version of our Windows program that is 19.5.
When uninstalling the current version of the program, use the uninstall tool for Windows. You can find the tool at this link: Support tools | F‑Secure (f-secure.com)
However, before you use this tool for security, export your Password Vault passwords according to the instructions at this link: Exporting Password Vault data | Total | Latest | F-Secure User Guides
Please also check that you have all Windows actualizations installed and that your Firefox browser does not need to be updated.
You can find information on how to update Firefox here: Update Firefox to the latest release | Firefox Help (mozilla.org)
If, despite these steps, the problem persists, you will need diagnostic data from our program on your computers. You can find how to generate a diagnostic file at this link: Using the support tool | Total | Latest | F-Secure User Guides
Please send the diagnostic data to me in a private message on our forum. Do not publish them in a public post.

- Does the need to re-activate with a code appear after every F-Secure or Firefox browser update?
- What version of F-Secure do you currently have installed on this device?
- What version of F-Secure browser is installed on this device?
- What version of the browser extension for auto- fill passwords do you have installed in your browser?
The answers to these questions will help us investigate this issue thoroughly.

Found By chance but I have also same issue. The problem appeared on a device running Windows 10. The need to re-activate with a code appears after every F-Secure or Firefox browser update. The version of F-Secure currently installed on this device is F-Secure SAFE 18.1. The version of the F-Secure browser is 3.0. The browser extension for auto-fill passwords is version 4.2. I hope this information helps with your investigation.

It seems to be needed when either FS client gets upgraded or the Firefox gets updated.

There is no such possibility (direct email support address), you have to wait for F-Secure's private message and the link in it to which you can reply and send the fsdiag.zip file on the desktop (settings-->support-->run support tool).
