Repeated F-Secure Login Requests
F-Secure App requests a login every time I turn on my computer.
I put in a request under "forgot my password" I get a response saying an email has been sent. I get no email (even checked my spam folder).
I have F-Secure through my spectrum account.
I cannot get access to my F-Secure app on windows 11
How do I stop the login requests? How do I access my F-Secure App?

May I know what happens when you enter the login credentials, are they rejected by the program?
There is a chance that the program may have disconnected from the server for a myriad of reasons. It could be a subscription issue, missing operating system updates etc. I would suggest that you check your device first for pending system updates.
Proceed to then remove the program using the uninstallation tool: https://community.f-secure.com/common-home-en/kb/articles/5439-how-do-i-uninstall-f-secure-products-using-the-uninstallation-tool
Reboot your machine and reinstall your Security Suite. Ensure to download the installer from your Spectrum site, do not recycle the old installer file.
