Hi,

I have suddenly lost access to my emails.

One minute everything is fine, now suddenly I can't get logged into my Microsoft Outlook.

Pulling my hair out here can anyone help please?

    Can be useful to know how definitely it looks like.

    For example, next things can help to understand your situation:

    • is it Microsoft Outlook application? Or it is web-service;
    • you can't get logged into - because of 'password' is not accepted or because app is not allowed to;
    • is there any notification / prompt or disclaimer about situation? like if "something wrong, try later" or "wrong credentials"? or "access blocked" or just nothing happened after trying to log-in?
    • what is platform in use? Windows, MacOS, Android or iOS?

    Also, did you find any relation to F-Secure solution? Can you try temporarily to disable any modules or entire protection (as described there for Windows platform: Turning off all security features | Total | Latest | F-Secure User Guides) and check if it is still impossible to use Microsoft Outlook.

    I have tried everything. As I said one minute working next not working.

    It is definitely the computer as I can still log-in on my Lap Top.

    I'm pretty sure that it is related to F Secure but not sure how or why?

    Is there any output about inability to get logged into Microsoft Outlook? Like if connection is prevented or something?

    Again, if it is 'one minute working - next not working' - not so likely related to F-Secure as such. It could be something about Privacy VPN (if your F-Secure solution has it). But, again, it is unclear what means by working/not-working: password is not accepted; connection is prevented; content is not loaded; or something else.

    Thanks for trying to help but I have managed to sort it out.

    It was the VPN blocking all the sites. Not sure why but I traced it back to the last upgrade on the 18th of this month.
