After installation of Somona, the VPN installed on F-secure does not give ma access to the internet, even though the VPN on. What could be the problem?

today I suscribed to F-secure Total and try to use for the first time VPN, but I couldn't reach to use it.
I saw other users having the same kind of problem today.
I use Windows 11 Pro.
I post to inform support there is one more user facing this issue.

However nothing helps. I think now people at F- secure should resolve the issue, otherwise the number of F-secure clients will for sure decline !
