We've introduced a more streamlined subscription system for our F-Secure VPN services, utilizing the My F-Secure account to efficiently manage licenses and subscriptions. It looks like you already have a trial F-Secure Total account registered under your email address. In this case, we recommend redeeming the code within that account. Sorry for my reply. I am only an F-Secure user.
I think depends on type of your subscription or license - the answer to this 'question window' will bel.
Is it F-Secure VPN? As such, I feel that recent versions of F-Secure VPN with requirement of My F-Secure Account. Described in this KB article: My F-Secure account required for F-Secure VPN subscriptions - F-Secure Community
Does Proshop has any instructions how to activate purchased subscription/license or to redeem code? I think, there can be some.
Alternatively, you may try to ask assistance via official F-Secure Support channels: Contact support | F-Secure (for example, web-chat in the bottom right as a widget). At least, they do able to check what is your 'purchase' code/subscription or license about.
