Mac - Secure browsing - Privacy

When the privacy setting "Allow deeper analysis" is turned off, the secure browsing functionality stops working. The checkmarks are grey and show "This site has not been analyzed yet".

This is with any browser on the Mac, F-Secure version 19.1.

Also tested on Windows, there the secure browsing keeps working with the "Allow deeper analysis" setting turned off.

Thanks for the report!

This has already been reported by another customer recently as well. We found the root cause and working on improving secure browsing functionality to be more aligned with Windows version of the product. The upcoming Mac product release later this year will include the fix for the issue.

Today F-Secure on the Mac is updated to version 19.2, but the issue is not solved.

When will the fix be available?

The fix has been included in the upcoming release, and it's not available in version 19.2.

Yes, @Firmy got here before me :) Yes, that is indeed the case.

Unfortunately, we missed the release window for 19.2 with the fix for this issue.

19.3 release will include it. It's currently scheduled for end of September - beginning of October timeframe.
