How do I log into F-Secure Total account when you have the 2fa on and you don't have the current codes or auth app setup?
I think that this KB article is about subject:
so, if you cannot use any option to login with enabled two-step verification (What is 2-step verification in My F-Secure? | Total | Latest | F-Secure User Guides) - then contacting Support is required (Contact support | F-Secure). After some checks - your 'old' account will be deleted and another account - created.
However, could your explain a bit more about situation? You did not set up two-step verification for F-Secure Total account in My F-Secure portal? But it is enabled / code is requested?
Additionally, by "log into F-Secure Total account" - did you mean My F-Secure account portal via web-browser or 'inside' application / taking in use license on device?
Also, did you mean that 'don't have the current codes or app' temporarily? But there is a need to access your account right now?
