Hei, jeg får ikke til og overføre passordene mine fra f sucre id protection til f scur appen, får bare spørsmål om KEY at jeg må ordne med det? Hva er det?

it can be helpful to know a bit more information about your set up. For example, platform (mobile or desktop // Windows version and so things). Maybe a screenshot of steps with trouble.

As for my understanding:

-> F-Secure Total (well, F-Secure app) should detect existed installation (F-Secure ID Protection or F-Secure KEY; or just calling it as F-Secure KEY) and suggest to use it. You may disallow it. And set up a fresh Password Vault;

But anyway...

There is, at least, a workaround like:

• to export your passwords from F-Secure ID Protection (online guide there and you can switch its locale: Exporting Vault data from the app | ID Protection | Latest | F-Secure User Guides)
• then to start use F-Secure app's Password Vault from scratch and import passwords (online guide: Importing passwords from other password managers | Total | Latest | F-Secure User Guides)

Could you explain if something is suitable from my reply to your situation? And if not - can you provide a bit more precise description of inability to do desired step.
