I regret to hear that you are having trouble opening F-Secure Total on your MacBook Pro M1. We understand how frustrating this can be and we're here to help.
To assist you with this issue, could you please provide us with some additional information? Did you get any errors? What is the version of macOS running on your MacBook? What version of F-Secure Total are you currently using? It's also a good idea to check for any available updates for your macOS and install them.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps, such as uninstalling the app using the Uninstallation tool and then reinstalling it?
If you haven't tried this yet, I recommend that you follow this link to download and use the tool to uninstall the app https://community.f-secure.com/common-home-en/kb/articles/5440-how-do-i-uninstall-f-secure-products-using-the-uninstallation-tool-for-mac. Please make sure to export your password vault first or sync it to another device as a backup.
