Windows 10 screenshots and f-secure

I'm using Windows 10 and cannot make screenshots. Is it possible tha f-secure impacts the screenshot function?

May I know, if is there any blocking from the F-Secure program that blocks the screenshot features on your Windows 10 computer? May I know, which F-Secure product you are using?

By right, F-Secure will not block the screenshot feature on your Windows 10 device. Did you use the snipping tool or other screenshot option on your Windows 10 device?

I have been having the same issue recently since the screenshot tool of Windows tries to save the screenshot to a protected DataGuard folder.

We can't whitelist it easily, since the process involved is svchost.

The screenshot is copied to the clipboard but users can't use the image file directly if they wanted to.
