installing F-Secure Safe on Android 12 phone fails

Hi!

Installing F-Secure Safe on my son's phone fails. See the picture included. Phone is new and has Android 12. There should be 3 different settings on screen to alloy F-secure Safe to work properly. But as you can see there are only partly 2 of those on the phone screen. As I alloyed rights for these 2 shuttenly screen lost the 3th one from the screen. Screen can't be zoomed or rolled up or down.

Phone is allready rebooted without any chance for situation.

Has any one good tip to solve this problem?

Based on the screenshot, we can see that you have given permissions for "Files access" and "Accessibility".

There are 3 permissions needed to be given which are File access, Device administrator and Accessibility. You can check this link https://community.f-secure.com/safe-en/kb/articles/5207-how-do-i-install-f-secure-safe-on-my-childs-android-device-and-set-up-family-rules#:~:text=To%20view%20the%20Family%20Rules,change%20the%20Family%20Rules%20settings.

After clicking Device administrator, it will open your settings with Device Administrator as the title and you will see this and click on activate to give the permission:

If you do not see this option or if you are not able to click, you may find this option under "Device admin apps", kindly search this in your settings.

You can follow this step also; however, it may vary depending on the manufacturer and model, Open Settings > Tap on Security > Click on Other security settings > Go to Device admin apps > Select F-Secure SAFE > Click on Activate.

Based on the screenshot provided, you have already allowed the option for "Files" and "Notification", now it is pending for you to configure the Device Administrator configuration. Are you able to tap and configure the "Device Administrator" option?

If you mean the third one that is out of the screen I can't. That's the problem.

I tried to by pass this by navigatin phone menu to do same choice without any success.

I had to unistall F-secure Safe from my son's phone but I would like to try again if there is solution available.
