We would require more information. On which device you have found it? You can provide us with a screenshot also for better understanding.

However, if SAFE detects a malicious file, you can remove it manually as guided by this link https://community.f-secure.com/safe-en/kb/articles/6246-how-to-remove-malicious-files-viruses-malware-manually-f-secure-safe-internet-security-did-not-remove-them-automatically
