Hi @clairette
Welcome to the F-Secure Community page and thank you for your post.
As what @Ukko mentioned, we suggest you do a full computer scan. You can visit this link to help you https://community.f-secure.com/safe-en/kb/articles/5229-how-can-i-perform-a-full-computer-scan
And also, after further checking in the system, we find that your subscription has expired. Perhaps you have another F-Secure subscription under a different email.
However, if SAFE is removed, kindly install it back on your computer and run a full computer scan. Kindly check also the status in the app. It will show "You are protected" if all systems are okay.
You can check this link for more information https://community.f-secure.com/safe-en/kb/articles/5203-how-do-i-know-that-my-f-secure-safe-product-is-working
Thank you and stay safe.

Hello,
Well, for the best result, you can contact the official F-Secure Support (Contact support | F-Secure -- web-chat, for example) so they can provide remote support and analyze the situation more correctly.
But..
He / she put into trash can F-secure SAFE that I installed.
Is it only F-Secure SAFE logo from desktop?
Can you still see F-Secure SAFE logo in the tray (may be hidden under the ^-symbol). And launch its user interface from there?
if yes, can you try running a Full Scan (Viruses and Threats card -> Full Scan option)?
He/she make it too with Ccleaner and wipe (To clen my p.c)
How do you define it? I mean - the system is 'remotely' managed instead of you and so you become a witness of this. Or how did it become clear?
Thanks!
